I rarely take the time to post reviews, but I want to make my neighbors aware of my experience at CVS Pharmacy - Fair Oaks Ranch so they think twice. I received a text message that my prescription was ready....when I arrived they did not have a prescription ready for me. They have lost electronic prescriptions from Dr. Rogers office in the past for me. Today, I just left Boerne Pediatrics with my 4 year old son who has a double ear infection. Dr. Buck sent the electronic prescription to this CVS location per my request. I pulled up to the window to pick up my son's prescription and was told it would take 15 minutes to process. I said no problem, I will circle around and wait in the parking lot and come back. She said no sorry we aren't allowed to have customers do that. I told her that I have always been able to do this and she said, "our managers aren't allowing us to do that anymore". So now I have to carry my four year old who is in obvious pain into the store who has been up since 4am to get a prescription which would have been so easily given thru the window. Every time I go to the Fair Oaks CVS (my neighborhood Pharmacy) the staff always appears grumpy and is extremely rude. On my recent visit, same exact thing. I asked the young lady why they are always grumpy and lack customer service at this location, and she said overworked! With so many choices out there, you would think that CVS would want to do something about their service at this location...very rude staff! Time to switch to Walgreens!
Good ice cream
Had a doctor call in an Rx the night before for a sick child. Went there half an hour after they opened and they said they had no record of any prescription. They didn't even check their messages from the night before until over two hours after they had opened, even though they have people working in the lab long before they open. I wasted trips out there and having to call several locations to ask around and my doctor and them AGAIN just to get the scrip filled.
